Typically, limited to using locally sourced ingredients, private chefs of various levels of experience show up with their personal knives to cook for you in a beautiful yet unfamiliar and often ill equipped gourmet kitchen leaving the chef handicapped to improvise based on what isn’t as oppose to visualize the infinite possibilities of the Culinary Art they can truly create based on what is if you only dined in their kitchen at The Chefs Table. Simply put, yes by special request, The Chefs Table can cater to you at your vacation villa, but the best chefs always prefer to work in their personally seasoned kitchen as opposed to a kitchen void of their spirit and soul. What’s on any of our Tasting Menus at any given time is actually a reflection of the individual Chefs own artistic values and passion for culinary art. Typically, given the ethos of The Chefs Kitchen it is customary to experience authentic Asian cuisine just as readily as it is to indulge in all of the best cuts of beef in one meal like never before.
If you want to savor something really good, sample some of our Chefs Black Market Signature Dishes tastefully prepared with passion that include Prime Cut Steaks, Veal, Lamb & Duck flown in fresh from the St. Lawrence Market, in Toronto, Canada, and Fresh Fish flown in from around the world. Paired with seasonal specialties and organic produce from the best available source, results in an extraordinary Black Market Tasting Menu experience, or be adventurous and request something from The Chefs Select Experimental Tasting Menu. You will be glad you did.
Simply put, for Confirmed Reservations booking well in advance, The Chefs will create whatever kind of culinary journey you desire or require each and every night you chose to dine at The Chefs Table. All of The Chefs Table Tasting Menus are culinary journeys where everyone waits for each other’s reaction when they first taste each and every course presented at The Chefs Table. This culinary adventure gets guests to experience the anticipations of each dish to follow and hopefully experience something you never enjoyed so much that you want to come back for more before you know it. The Chefs Table Tasting Menus are like a Culinary World Map. Why Not Take a Sample. The Chefs Table offers a variety of flavors and culinary techniques that span the world. WE Cater too.
The Chefs Table offers Custom Tailored Tasting Menus at a variable fixed price per person starting at a minimum of USD$175 with a Confirmed Reservation made in advance for a table of eight. Taxes, Service Charge, and Gratuities, excluded. Cancellations are non-refundable. All beverages charged separately unless included in one of The Chefs Select Tasting Menu. Rates vary based on how many people are in your group, the number of Tasting Menu courses you and your group desire, and what you have the appetite for. Full Bar Menu featuring Signature Cocktails, Local Beers, and a Limited Selection of Premium Spirits and Wines. Corkage Fees always apply.
